This class is for those with no prior Dodeca administration training. Topics include the Dodeca user experience, building your first view, Selector Lists, CascadeViews, Commentary, and exporting metadata.

Dodeca Administration with MDX

Learn how to use MDX to create views in Dodeca. Topics include basic MDX scripting, MDX functions, MDX Cascade View, MDX SelectorList, Dependent Selectors, Build Range From Script, and MDX Dynamic Members. This class assumes some prior Dodeca knowledge but no prior MDX knowledge.

Dodeca Administration with SQL

Learn how to use SQL to create views in Dodeca. Topics include creating a SQL connection, creating a SQL PassthroughDataset, using the SQL Excel Wizard, creating a SQL Selector andList, update a SQL View with a SQL Selector, update a SQL View Formatting with a Workbook Script and creating a SQL View that allows update, insert and delete. This class assumes some prior Dodeca knowledge.

Dodeca Workbook Scripting

Get hands-on experience with Dodeca Workbook Scripts. Topics include creating scripts to delete rows and columns, formatting using loops, debugging and creating interactive views using buttons and hyperlinks. This class assumes some prior Dodeca knowledge.
